Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping. International Shipping & Customs Policy

Customer Responsibility: For all international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your Shopify checkout unless explicitly stated.

Customs & Delays: While we prepare all packages with accurate customs documentation, we cannot control customs clearance or delays. Shipments may be held or returned by customs.

Insurance & Lost Packages: All international shipments are insured for the value of the items. In the event of loss or damage, we will file a claim with the carrier and work with the customer to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.

Refunds: Items returned by customs or refused by the recipient will be refunded minus shipping and handling fees.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Returns & Refunds Our return policy is outlined separately. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
